Jon De La Rosa is an elite level (competed in the Olympia in 2015) bodybuilder who participates in a sport that revolves around pushing your body to it's limits. He is one of the faces for 'preparing for the long haul' in the sport as he practices techniques to take care of his body while he puts it under tremendous stress.
